The easiest way is to browse through our categorized items using the drop down menu bar (above left)
If you know exactly what it is your looking for, ie A 'Short red dress' then just type your details in to our search facility (above - centre) & let us find you everything related to your specific product search.
Yes, all past orders are stored on our secure database for you to view at any time.
To view any past orders, update your personal details or unsubscribe from the Next2nowt news letter, select the 'Account' button in the menu bar & log in using your email address & password. From here you can then view your past orders history.
N.B. When logging in to your account or signing up, you may see a pop up window, warning you that you are changing from a 'none secure' page to a 'secure' page using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology.
This SSL technology allow for the encryption of any potentially sensitive information such as your name, address & password when signing up or logging in to your account.
We accept payments using most major credit / debit card through the HSBC Bank secure gateway. Alternatively, you can pay using Paypal.

Our fully modernised shipping control panel knows your shipping destination, from the details you imputed when finishing the sign up process. Using these details, you can be sure that you will pay the correct postage for your destination.
Delivery times & dates are variable
All products purchased & paid for one day are packed & in the post the following day (excluding weekends / bank holidays).
Within the UK, this means that most items are delivered within 48 hours of us receiving your payment, but please note that this is not a guaranteed time scale.
Delivery or Shipping costs per product varies dependant on the destinations.
All products are packed & posted using either Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL or Fedex & one of the following three methods:-

If you receive your item & there is a problem, please contact us straight away.
Please let us know your problem as soon as you realise there is one by emailing us at customer care were we will endeavour to rectifying the problem the very same day, if during working hours.
Returns of any items are welcome.
If you receive an item & you wish to return it, please send us an email customer returns where we will then provide you with a R.A.N. (Returns Authorisation Number).
We are unable to accept any returned items without this number as we will be unable to proceed & it will strongly delay completing your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please send us an email should you wish to return any item, as there are one or two exceptions to the return shipping costs, where we will pay the return costs!
